Our story began in Everton Park, where Tyrone Bramley first introduced the signature thin-crust pizzas that quickly became a local favourite. As the business grew, we made the move to Ashgrove — a community that has since become a huge part of our story.

Since opening in Ashgrove, we’ve continued to evolve our menu with entrees, desserts, fortnightly specials and a growing selection of plant-based and gluten-free options, while staying true to the creative spirit that started it all.

‍Midway through 2026, we took the next step and established ourselves as The Knick Pizza & Bar. While our name has changed, what matters hasn’t. We’re still the same team, serving the same pizzas, with the same warm hospitality and great service that the Ashgrove community has grown to know and love.

Our name may have been knicked, but our food, our people and our commitment to our community remain exactly where they belong — right here in Ashgrove.
